Anshe Eats Presents: Adeena Sussman 2.26.2025

 

On February 26, at 7:00 pm, Anshe Emet will welcome world renowned cookbook author from Israel, Adeena Sussman.  

Adeena Sussman's first solo cookbook, Sababa, was named a Best Fall Cookbook by The New York Times, Bon Appétit, and Food & Wine.  Her follow up cookbook, Shabbat, released in 2023 was named a Best Cookbook for Fall 2023 by the LA TimesFood & Wine, Eater, WBUR, and Simply Recipes. She is also the coauthor of Gazoz: The Art of Making Magical, Sparkling, Seasonal Drinks, and 14 other cookbooks. With Chrissy Teigen, Adeena coauthored the Cravings cookbook series, all three of which were New York Times bestsellers. She lives and cooks in the shadow of the Carmel Market in Tel Aviv.

Sponsors are invited to taste Adeena's recipes and have their book signed at a special reception with Adeena at 6PM.

General admission tickets include a live demo taught by Adeena Sussman at 7PM and a copy of her latest cookbook Shabbat.

 We kindly request attendees to bring a Kosher for Passover item to donate to The Ark.
