Anshe Emet Channukah Shuk Vendor Application

Thank you so much for your interest in applying to be a vendor at Anshe Emet's 2024Channukah Shuk. The shuk will tentatively take place on Sunday, December 8th 11:30 - 130 PM at Anshe Emet Synagogue, 3751 N. Broadway. Food products are accepted but need to have a CRC approved hechsher.
Upon Anshe Emet's acceptance of your application, a contract will be sent.
There is a non-refundable cost to participate is $25.00 per table due at the time of the signed contract.
